are covered with a two-years (2) guarantee being effective both
on the electronic parts and the batteries.
Notice: According to UE laws in force, Microdowell UPS are covered
by insurance against damages caused by products.
Servicing and product replacement procedure.
First we kindly recommend you to check the FAQ section to find
the solution to your problem.
If you did not find it this way, please call our help line that
is available from Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 12:30 and 13:30 -
17.30. You will be asked about the defect (hardware or software),
trying to solve the problem as soon as possible.
If the problem is not solved by telephone, your assistance call
will be met by sending us your RMA Online form, thus starting
the procedure of product replacement.
Please do not send your defective UPS before calling one of our
service centres and receiving your RMA number.
Terms of guarantee
